I hadn't thought of it that way. I'm glad that Charles Richter said 'certain' religious groups (ie those of Lindsey's persuasion), rather than all. I've always wondered what it would be like experiencing an earthquake (I live less than 3 kilometres from a fault line). When a small earthquake happened a while back, I slept right through the whole thing! I wonder that if I was awake during it, whether I would interpret earthquake prophecies and seismic data differently.
